could it be possible?

I have had my tubes clamped. But for the past couple of weeks I have been very nauseous and emotional along with a lot more cramping then usual before my period. I usually don't feel any cramping until a week before my period for a few days but this has been for about 3 weeks now. I haven't felt like this since my youngest son 4 years ago! Is it all in my head or could I have actually gotten pregnant?
