Alright, ladies, this might sound like an absolutely ridiculous question... But what does heartburn feel like, and where do you usually get it? I've never had it, that I can recall, and have been having a pain by the left side of sternum since last night and a bit down into the mid-left side of my rib area (middle where they meet, just more to the left side). Don't know if I pulled a muscle or something, or if it's heartburn. I was asking my SO and he couldn't describe it, so I'm asking you ladies.
