4 month old baby poo. Help?

I just changed my little ones diaper and it's never looked like this:

Is this normal? He's formula fed.

Hey mommas! Sorry it took me so long to reply to you all, I've been very busy lately. So some decent news, I showed the doctor the poo and he asked if I had been sick or anything. I said I did have a small stomach virus and diarrhea a few days ago for about a week and he told me it could have been what I had and that's why it looked the way it did. Honestly I don't really know how true that is, but he hasn't had it happen since then so fingers crossed he doesn't! Thank you all so much for the feedback! Much love.

Not normal. It looks like undigested milk. Have u switched formula recently?

I've only heard of breastfed baby's poo looking seedy and that looks almost black, hear anything about if it's normal yet?

Def not normal! Have you started solids? Given any medication? I would most definitely take to ped. Let us know if next poop is the same!!!! Good luck mama
