confused about insurance/hospital bills

So how much money did you all have to pay when all was said and done through your nine months of pregnancy with insurance? I've noticed I've just started getting bills for the first visit I've had and I know I have a 2,500 deductible and they'll cover everything after that but I'm not sure that just counts in delivery or if that counts through the prenatal care as well. Sorry I'm completely lost and have no one to help and I don't even know where to begin to ask questions or to whom so I was hoping some of you ladies may be able to help me out here.
