Looking for anyone who has had a uterine polyp

Just had my hsg test today and they found a polyp in my uterus. I need to have outpatient surgery to remove it, my doctor doesn't seem to be concerned. I was wondering if anyone has had a endometrial or uterine polyp removed and had a successful pregnancy? I am 32, so is hubby, and we have been ttc for 5 months. Using preseed, soft cups, castor oil packs, I also use opks, and have been having regular AF and strong LH surge every month. Hubby's  sperm analysis is normal. We are both half marathon runners and in good health. Just very frustrated and hoping that removing this polyp is the answer, but hoping someone else might have experience and comment. Thank you!
