Baby all of a sudden crying during bottle feeding?

My daughter is 14 weeks old and gets expressed breast milk via bottle.  She had been eating 4oz every 3 hours with minor fussing (just gas related).  Over the past few days she has been pulling off the bottle half way through and crying, refusing to finish and crying if I try to put the bottle back in her mouth.  Has this happened to anyone else?

Yes! It turns out we needed to go to a faster flow nipple (was on a 1 and moved to a 2). Solved our issue immediately.

My son did this (with back arching) because of silent reflux. Now his reflux is better but he does it sometimes when a burp is trapped.

Is she arching her back when she pulls away from the bottle?

My son kind of does this. I think he is starting the 4month sleep regression. He was going down to sleep no problem and now it's a process. I used to nurse him to sleep and now he pulls off and starts crying. It might be that?
