help!!! so confused

Ok. So I am recently divorced..... I have been dating this guy how gets SSI check and he's very sweet but I hung out with and old friend last night and I started having feeling for him ..... and this other guy has a full time job and even kisses me on the forehead. He says it means more which is very sweet! I haven't never had anyone do that before. He has expressed his feeling for me and is very caring ... idk what to do someone give me some advice
