cleanliness and oral sex

The situation in in right now I'm not able to properly bathe. I wash myself up in the sink. I make sure to wash every vital area thoroughly. When my guy friend asks me over we usually have sex and I let him go down on me. He's never complained about a smell and continues to eat me out so I know I'm cleaning well. But I feel guilty. Am I wrong for this? 

I can't shower because I'm basically homeless. Where I stay it's really dirty and the shower has mold in the pipes as well as on the shower tiles. It's not that I don't want to bathe or be clean I very much do. But my situation is really fucked up. I don't need anyone to be rude to me.
