PHILLY VS HOME

My boyfriend and I have been together for over four years now, we started off being long distance but in the past year we have been traveling back and forth together from his place to mine. We are finally looking into getting jobs but we have been arguing about which location to stay and work. I don't have the closest relationship with my family but I'm sure I would miss them if I'm gone for a long amount of time. plus if I go to philly I would have to change my whole life and he pretty much stays comfortable. I just want to be with him and make our relationship work.WHAT SHOULD I DO?
