Being induced at 40+3

So I'm basically scared to be induced from reading things on the Internet. I will be 3 days past my due date and wonder if thats even reason enough to do it. My dr said he doesn't like his patients going over 41 weeks. I feel fine and don't have preeclampsia or hbp or gestational diabetes, etc. Just wondering if I should be concerned the Dr is rushing things for convenience or should I even worry about the whole inducing process?
