Don't know what to do.

Been having awful diarrhea cramping all night that I think could MAYBE be contractions but I live an hour away from my hospital and can't be away from the toilet for that long... I don't know what to do. I don't want to poop myself in the car but if I have to go to the hospital that's what's gonna happen.... any way to get diarrhea to stop like this is horrible and I'm scared I won't be able to get there
