pins and needles?

I'm 20 weeks on Monday!

Keep experiencing pins and needles in my hands and feet painful thumbs as well. Sometimes I can't stand up as my feet are totally numb 😂😂 anyone else?? (Had a blood test and my blood sugar was normal :))

Could be a circulation issue.  Are you on your fee often or should you cross your legs while sitting?

Talk to your doctor.  According to ADA laws, your employer must make reasonable accommodations like having you stand less, getting you something to rest your feet on, etc. and don't cross your legs.  Spindsncirculatory, but talk with you doc just to be sure:

I've started getting them randomly in my legs too! I'm also 20 weeks on Monday!! I'm guessing it's due to circulation but I hate it 😩😂
