Hey guys!! Today is the second day of my period, I have a copper IUD, and the flow is VERY heavy. Tonight, I have to wear a dress, and I'm terrified of wearing a dress with my period. Any tips for to lighten the flow today? Anything helps! Thanks ladies 💕
