Strange mouth/throat sensations

Does anyone feel like they have fluff/hair in the back of the throat that feels unpleasant and a bit "gaggy" sometimes? Ive had this feeling before after acid reflux but i dont feel like ive had much. This gross/sickening feeling on top of a masty taste in mouth and nausea is making my days plain nasty :( i dont know whether the throat thing is pregnancy related or i should go to the dr?!
