what bottle?

I plan on breastfeeding and using a bottle. I heard great things about the playtex drop in bottles. cheaper and reduces colic and gas. thoughts?

I've changed the bottle type on my registry three times because I also can't decide. 🙄 Ultimately it's baby's preference but I want to be prepared.  Currently I want to use the kiinde system because it's supposedly really easy to transfer between pump, bottle, and storing since the milk goes right into the bags. All the reviews I've read have been really positive.

I couldn't suggest Dr Brown's more!! We LOVED them with our daughter & never had a problem between colic, gas, latching (to-from breast) & drinking from the bottle. We will be reusing them with our next baby for sure!!

I nursed the first 9 month, but when I had to introduce a bottle I used the playtex drop in ones. They were great! Keeping liners in stock can be a little annoying but clean up was so easy!

Anyone out there who has used glass baby bottles that they liked? I know there are several brands out there like Evenflo, Avent, Born Free, and Life Factory to name a few. Some have built on sleeves or add on bottle sleeves for protection. I like the idea of glass for safe heating (no chemicals) and ease of washing in a dishwasher. Thank you!

Just make sure your bottle has a natural nipple similar to a woman's own. The nipples shaped unlike a woman's can make going between breast and bottle difficult! The baby may start to prefer a nipple with a fast flow as well, so watch out for that! I'll be right back with a recommendation!

I havent tried nor heard anything about them yet...but i saw that there are tommee tippee disposable insert bottles that are also breastpump bags (go right into the bottle) so i was kind of excited about them! Anyone try these?

The ones I got are playtex vent air or something like that and I like them just some pros and cons: pros: you can disassemble them and clean every book and cranny. Aka mildew won't build up. The help reduce colic. My son never had colic and idk if it was due to the bottles or coincidence. Cons: I don't have a dishwasher so washing that many parts (5/ bottle) is kind of a pain but I love how clean I can get them.
