Could we get caught

Hi all how to start this well me and my partner have a beautiful daughter who is nearly 2 we have been together for just over 2 years I would love to add another baby to our little family but my partner doesn't want anymore atm so I am on the pill and we use condoms but 2 nights ago we had sex and after we had finished he realised that the condom had split now like I said I am on the pill but I also take cocodamol for a pelvic muscle pain that I have so the question that I am asking is that could we get caught out and me end up pregnant please be nice lol hope you all have a nice night x
