miscarriage or baby still there ?

Question

Went to the er today for some bleeding and cramps . I've had a miscarriage before and it was consistent heavy bleeding . Doctors said my cervix is closed . I'm supposed to be 6 weeks today . They said my hcg levels dropped significantly but to get another blood test done in two days to see if the levels rose . Has anyone ever had this and their baby was healthy and okay ? I'm terrified

Hcg levels decreasing is never a good thing. It usually means miscarriage. Crossing my fingers for you though. Wait and see what the doctor says.

I have had 2 miscarriages. My last one, I got blood drawn after I started bleeding and my HCG levels had dropped. Significant drops in HCG are almost always related to miscarriage.

I been through that and evrry 3 days i went to get blood done and it kept decreasing til i miscarried.Its routine to send you in every 3 days when they suspect miscarraige.(At my hospital)I miscarried 5 times..hang in there..you never know though ok..And i hope everything is ok with you and your baby.

Prayers your way. I've had a miscarriage too, I know the cramping and the constant spotting that goes with it. I went to 2 hospitals till the second one I went to said I was having an incomplete miscarriage and I lost the fetus around 9 weeks(I was keeping track and I thought I was 11). I had a natural miscarriage with all the aches and pains associated with it. Sometimes it just happens, when it doesn't stick right it falls and dies. But I have a hope where I'll see my little peanut again. :)
