It honestly depends. My aunt has gone bra free nearly her entire adult life (she'll put one on for babysitting hahaha) she's never had children and they are quite saggy.
I could never go bra free, it's uncomfortable, gross and sweaty.
Also, when you have a larger chest (I do) it's actually painful to go without a bra.
So it depends.

Yeah I definitely agree that it depends on the person. Like if I didn't wear an underwire I'd look like a grandma in about 2 days. Some people don't have to.

Apparently you need a balance of support verses freedom. If you ALWAYS wear a bra then those muscles that keep them perky lose strength so you sag, but if you never wear a bra, those same muscles are constantly working and not getting much of a break, so they tend to get over worked and you start sagging.

Also honestly it's just part of getting older and part of life. I've had a D cup since 8th grade and unless I'm freezing they are not perky at all!!

Actually not wearing a bra builds muscle in your breast that supports your breasts and makes them firmer and less saggy. Wearing a bra constantly makes them never gain muscle tone and sag. There was a study done a year or so ago that showed wearing a bra is the worst thing you can do to prevent sagging- it causes it! That being said I wear a bra sometimes with some outfits. Just depends, but at home and just running errands I never do and since then I've noticed a marked improvement in my breasts. Much firmer and they look nice under clothing now.

My boobs are sagging because I used to not wear a bra and it made them sag. Always will regret that. Now I always wear a bra but I don't think they'll ever fix.
