Has anyone else in the first trimester of their pregnancy experienced constant headache and nausea? The nausea isn't so bad but these headaches are literally making me miserable 😞😭💔. It's like I get them every single day and I'm not sure what meds are "safe" to use

I always take hot showers when I have a headache.  Make sure you're hydrated as well.  Also you can take Tylenol. My ob had me taking Tylenol in my first month bc I got a kidney stone.

I still get terrible headaches in my second trimester! Talk to your OBGYN about Fioricet. Its a lifesaver.
