Can I take this for heartburn?

I'm 37w6d with heartburn so bad, all day everyday that I leaves me crying. Tums would not help. I just picked this up today cuz it was recommended to me, I just want to be sure and safe before taking it. Its Zantac 75; It's ok for me to take right ?

My doctor told me to take these! I take the 75's twice a day. It's been great. I think you can even take a higher dose but these worked for me.

Yes you can. My doctor actually told me to get the maximum strength ones so I take the Zantac 150

Last pregnancy I had prescription strength Zantac and that didn't work. I had to get on nexium because mine got so bad so to me I would say it's not a problem
