How many burps do you get out of your LO after feeding?

My LO is a bad burper. Just wondering if it takes anyone else a while to get a few good burps out of LO. How long does it take and how many burps?

I get almost 0 burps out of my LO when I try patting or massaging his back, but once I put him back down, he'll let one go. He also seems to prefer to let his gas out the other end lol.

But I just found out from my mom that I was difficult to burp when I was a baby as well 😫

I always get atleast one. I burp between boobs and then after sometimes she burps as soon.as i sit her up but i just rub her back in an upward motion and she burps. Patting her back makes her spit up

Yes my son is one month old and take a while to burp sometimes we can be at for an half hour.....

Depends. 2-4 burps. Sometimes right away. Sometimes 10 mins. At night none. Daddy burps better since he gets better grasp (we sit baby up holding by front of chest/neck area)

Same 0-2. I burp him between breasts and as long as I get one good one out of him I'll let him have the other one. He passes gas the other end A LOT so I know it's not trapped so I don't worry about it much and as long as he doesn't get laid flat immediately after eating then he doesn't spit up.

My LC told me it's normal for breast fed babies not to burp because they aren't sucking in a bunch of air like bottle fed ones. I usually get 1 good burp out of my little guy, but not always
