what is this? shaved Friday and now this is here. I was thinking its a ingrown hair but why would it show up now? please comment to help me, please and thank you!

Looks like an inflamed/infected hair follicle, most likely from an ingrown hair. Try rubbing alcohol or witch hazel on a cotton ball a few times a day and see if it goes down. At some point, you may need to pop it.

Could also be a boil.. take a really hot bath or just as hot as you can stand it and the you should be able to push the gunk out of it after you've soaked In the bath for a little bit
