Most doctors will go by the earliest ultrasound measurement, because going by the LMP is rarely accurate, as you can ovulate or implant sooner or later than assumed. If you're consistently measuring bigger/smaller, then your doctor will consider changing your due date, but I think it's pretty rare nowadays.
How far along am i?!
So I recently switched doctors. My old doctor didn't seem to know what she was doing. Anyway, she determined my due date, not by my LMP, but by measuring the baby early in my pregnancy. Going by her due date, I'm 30 weeks. Now with my new doctor, she measured me at 32 weeks (by measuring my uterus) but didnt change my due date. Now at this point I'm questioning things. So I go to calculate my due date on a due date calculator at it puts me at 32 weeks, using my LMP AND the date I concieved. Either way, they came up at 32 weeks.
