It gets hard and harder tears crying to god let my baby stay

I'm 6week and I day pregnant I had a miscarriage at 13week I'm pregnant with my rainbow baby my stomach hurts like I have to eat to make it stop hurting idk if the a sign of and other miscarriage on too of the I'm RH negative or that sign of my blood attacking my baby im so scared I want this baby so bad I had a DNC done at 13week I try not to stress but the thought of going thought it a second time it mind blowing
