Pinterest fan over here 😍
Anyone else really like Pinterest when it comes to meal prep? I'm a SAHM and my husband works 12+ hour shifts so I feel like I'm constantly cooking and it can get really monotonous without fun recipes. This week I made broccoli cheddar quinoa mini muffins, sweet potato banana mini muffins, spinach banana mini muffins (I try to make healthy things that my toddler can snack on, too), a fajita steak salad with homemade avocado cilantro dressing and today I will hopefully get the rest of the ingredients I need for a vegan pumpkin spice chai dessert bar.
I know it may sound lame, but having a recipe to follow gives me some more purpose and takes the guess work out of things!
