Fever while pregnant?

At what temp should i be concern? Me and my son got a cold from my daughter. Hes had a bad fever. I have to take my temp to even see what it is. I hope i dont get a fever but i got everything else. Chills vomiting. Weakness light headed. Im 35wk. This sucks lol

That doesn't sound like a cold at all, but I was told a fever of 101 was reason to go to the ER.

I'd say anything over 101 that's lasting a while without tylenol helping. Usually it should tho.

My doctor said over 100.5 to call them.

I was told 100, but my normal temp is 97.5 degrees.
