is this abuse or am I overreacting?

Okay so this guy I'm talking to for about Two months was upset because I didn't tell him that he left his cigarettes at his friends house .. so he grabbed my hand and put it out the window while driving and I was eating an apple pie btw .. so when my hand was out the window he started to close it on my hand and we were laughing and everything . But then it started to hurt and I told him it was &  he closed the window tighter and told me to drop the apple pie and then he will open the window back up .. after I dropped the apple pie he opened up the window and his excuse was that instead of closing the window tighter on my wrist he opened it more when I told him it was hurting me . Which is obviously a lie . But I just need some opinions and advice on this ..
