expecting a miscarriage

I've been told by the doc she thinks I'm about to miscarry 😞 I've had very strong cramps but no blood yet but I'm really nervous.

How much will it hurt and how long will it take? I'm in bits and can't wait for this to be over.

I'm only 5.5 weeks but I'm really struggling with coming to terms with this.

I can't stop crying

Any advise would be much appreciated x
