Ph off balance???

Hey girls! So I'm pregnant but not happy with how my private area smells. I have been checked for absolutely everything at the gyn! Everything is negative! What are some safe ways while pregnant to maybe get my PH back to normal? I'm super clean and freaking out about this odor :(

Your sense of smell is heightened right now... unless it's foul, try not to worry... just more frequent changes of undies and maybe use baby wipes 😂

Maybe yogurt or probiotics? You aren't alone though. Hope that helps. I would def ask a doctor first before taking probiotics though
