advice please

So my boyfriend and had sex and we both are kinda new to it, he pre cummed then we had sex but that wasn't enough so he jerked off until he came. Later we went out to eat and did some shopping them we came home and had sex again without a condom. I don't know if I could be pregnant since he came earlier. Any advice?
