White watery mucus coming from my anus. WHAT?

I'm a little embarrassed but imgonna call when the office opens . I have had diarrhea for two days and now its nothing but white watery mucus non stop coming out of my butt. I feel gas cramps I go to the bathroom and it's pure mucus coming out . non stop since 4 am this morning . I ate this morning and immediately had diarrhea again. I'm worried the baby isn't getting what she needs . I'm 39 weeks exactly . I hope someone else has experienced this !!!
