c section??

I'm 35 weeks pregnant, on baby number 3. Two sons age 6&5 first son was 10lbs 8oz at 40 weeks 10 days. Second son was 8lbs 7oz at 37 weeks 4 days. Both natural deliveries. This baby is a girl due 12th December but she's breach, found out at 30 weeks I have pregnancy diabetes was diet controlled for 5 weeks, now been put on tablets. Baby is still breach and been told because she was 6lbs 3oz already at 34 weeks that I will get c section at 38 weeks or If she turns I'll get induced at 38 weeks, can anyone give me advice or your stories on c section/pregnancy diabetes/breach babies.
