should I be concerned?

I've had mild preeclampsia since about 21 weeks. My BP has slowly been rising and I've been having a some symptoms of it getting worse. I'm 38 weeks pregnant now and my midwifes nurse just called me to tell me they want me in tomorrow morning for a growth scan and a blood pressure check. I have an appointment Wednesday but they seem to want this done ASAP. Does this sound like they might be thinking about inducing me or is this normal proconsionary? It was just out of the blue and they didn't really ask me what time would be best for me they just said we need you in at 10:40 tomorrow morning.
