Cheating on her husband.. Advice?

I normally do not like to pry myself into people's issues. If anything I run from them. But, only if asked or need advice. SOO.. my friend was staying the night with me. While I was making a cake, she comes to me and says "Oh my god I left my iPod at home and my husband knows the password. He'll see my messages to me ex!" I felt betrayed a little bit because why the hell would my best friend do that? And to someone she committed to be with FOREVER. Anyway she made me drive an hour at MIDNIGHT to get her iPod so he wouldn't see the messages her ex was sending. I don't think I need to get involved because it's between them, so do not attack me for wanting to do something about it. What would you do? Let karma strike and get her? I cringe every time he comes from work, if I'm there, and gives him a kiss and says she loves him.

She's talking to her ex. It's not great. It could be an emotional affair, but you don't know for sure unless she was specific about what they are talking about. The fact that she's driving home to get the iPod isn't a good sign though.

Unless she's told you specifics, stay out of it. You have two choices;
1) Ask questions to get the story and talk her out of this ridiculousness (which may not work)
2) Ask her to not tell you anything. Make it clear that you won't be making anymore hour long drives to cover her ass. Tell her not to use you as her cover. Tell her that if she makes this your problem, you will tell him because you don't believe in what she's doing and won't lie for her.

Personally I'd go with #2

I definitely wouldn't have driven her an hour to get it. I had a friend who went behind her husband's back.....we weren't friends much longer.

I would tell her not to involve you in any of her shenanigans and that you will not lie for her or drive you to get her iPad another time. Tell her you love her, but you cannot compromise your own moral values for her.

I would talk to her and tell her that you don't like what she's doing and how it makes you feel, that you know she's betraying her husband. 
But I would not under any circumstances get deeper involved than that. 
If it makes you feel that bad then don't spend time with them :(

One of my super good friends was telling me all about how she was cheating her husband, it made me so uncomfortable. So I told her that it was her marriage and her life, BUT I didnt want to hear about her being unfaithful to her husband. Do whatever you want, just dont tell me about it.
