Ca maternity leave
Anyone know the process of filling out paper work and etc ?
The ladies at my work said their drs did everything for them and my dr was like well we haven't received anything from state or your work so I'm a little confused on what to do ? I'm almost 35 weeks and would like to start my leave at 38 maybe sooner if this process takes a while for I like to have it pretty much set before baby is here .
