Kidneys

My OB called me today. She had me do a 24 hour urine test. It showed my protein levels were extremely high. Shes concerned my kidneys aren't functioning right so I have to go see a specialists in mansfield. I'm really nervous. She told me I'm fine but I'm just nervous now. Anybody else have kidney problems while pregnant? I've never had issues before except UTIS when I was in college.
