When to set up an appointment?

I'm a ftm around 4 weeks and 3 days and I'm not sure when I should set up my first appointment or what to expect. Do I set one up soon to get it confirmed or do I wait till farther along? I'm not sure where to begin!!

Congrats! I would call right away and get your appointment scheduled. My dr didn't want to see me till 8 weeks, but every dr is different. Best to get it on their schedule sooner than later though 😊

What I did was I went to the doctor and got a pregnancy test done their then they will come in and say your pregnant And talk to you for a little then they will say when they want you to come back :)

Call the OB office you want to use, and they will schedule you for around 8 weeks!

My doc books through an app/website and I booked right away, with a note that I was 4 weeks pregnant and needed to be seen because of that. She gave me an appointment at 9w4d. Rule here is to have the first appointment between 8-12w

I called and told them I had a positive pregnancy test at home and they said to come in to take one at their office. I took the test and they said positive so they asked how far along I thought I was and then scheduled me to come in when I was 8 weeks.
