stomach pain and vomiting at 14 weeks

Hi all.. i am 13 weeks and 6 days pregnant and still having nausea & vomiting( mostly in evening) . Today i lifted some heavy stuff ( not more than 10 pounds ) and walked the staires up and down quite a few times because of moving house . After few minutes i threw up badly and felt some stomach pain also loose motions . I am worried as hell now for my baby . Pls help.
