painful breasts

I noticed some mild nipple soreness later in the week last week and then over the weekend I missed my Friday pill and took it with my Saturday pill around 12:30am. Starting Saturday I began feeling some sharp twinges or pain in my breasts, particularly in the same spot on one. It almost feels like when you have pain from tight underwire in a bra. 

I wasn't sure if this was all from hormone imbalances from taking my birth control so sporadically or what it could be. I'm not due to start my period until around Tuesday of next week. I last had sex about a week and a half ago. I was taking my pills correctly then and we used a condom and pull out, so I highly doubt I could be preganant. I was wondering if anyone else had similar problems
