Do you think churches should be allowed to be polling places?

So my polling place tomorrow is the mega church across the road from where I live. I was just wondering, do you think churches should be allowed to be polling places? With the separation of church and state taken into consideration. I know it's not like the pastor will be there preaching but I feel like if someone felt strongly enough against religion or had a really bad experience maybe they might not vote if their precinct uses a church?
