Overweight people should not be nurses

The title is what I heard today in class. I'm a nursing student, and a girl was talking about how overweight people should not be nurses, as nurses are supposed to be promoting a healthy lifestyle for patients and if they don't follow it themselves then they are a bad role model. I completely disagree with this, but to my surprise, several other people agreed with this girl. Do you agree with her?
