please help

Okay yesterday I started experiencing what I thought was implantation bleeding. It was light red almost dark pink and some brown too and very light only when I wiped I'm 6DPO and today IM STILL BLEEDING!! The blood is dark red now and I'm so scared that my period is just coming early.. no period symptoms at all and I've had slightly sore nipples and a moment of a sharp pain in my left side yesterday(that's when I started bleeding was right after that pain) no pain and only slight discomfort in my abdominal area since then. I'm so scared that it's not implantation bleeding now. Someone help!
