Home Pregnancy Test Vs. Doctor's Pregnancy Test

Hello Ladies! I have not been feeling well and decided to take a pregnancy test at home. I bought the brand "First Response." I took 2 tests and both had a faint line. I immediately called my doctor and asked to come in and do bloodwork. Out of curiousity, I requested that they also give me a urine test and ironically it was negative. I was immediately disappointed since I just got 2 positive tests at home. Is their urine exam more professional than the general pregnancy tests available in stores? My fiancé is really excited and so am I. I don't know if this is a false alarm so I am counting down the hours until tomorrow when I receive my blood test results.
