I AM DESPERATE! help. Contractions?

So I was due yesterday, was getting contractions all day the day before and yesterday, and last night they got pretty regular: 
But I eventually fell asleep for about 6-7 hours! I woke up and I'm still getting some but they aren't as bad as last night. 
How long can this continue..?? Why is it not turning into labor? I can't take it 😭😭😭

These are part of it. If you want, you can go to L&D and get checked. They might admit you or they might send you home with instructions on when to come back. One time I went with regular contractions, they told me to go walk and come back after 2 hours. When I did they checked me again and said not yet and sent me home.
Some women prefer to labor as much as they can at home and just go to the hospital when they are ready. I loved 40 minutes away and I wanted an epidural so didn't want to risk it.
