relief

So I went for our first actual OB appointment yesterday even though I have been a lot already because my doctor was being very diligent. We were trying to go hear the heartbeat. Went in so excited since we just at the ER a week ago for bleeding (everything was good) and saw a fast heartbeat. The NP came in and checked me over first. Could not find the heartbeat. This point I am freaking because this visit was when I found out about my miscarriage with my last pregnancy. My fiancé is trying to console me and keep me level headed and calm. My doctor comes in (who I love by the way) hugs me and said let's find this thing. Literally 30-45 seconds later with a lot more pressure then before, he finds the heartbeat. I almost didn't even realize he found it I was so worried and panicking. But I am good to go and baby is fine. On to the next months visit.
