divorce why pregnant??

I care deeply for my husband but the last months we have been fighting daily because of his mother and the rest of his family. He lets his mother make too many of our marital decisions. If we discuss something and agree on it, then his mother disagrees with it he immediately changes his opinion to hers. And then proceeds to become verbally and mentally abusive towards me. Calling me names, telling me doesn't love me and threatening divorce. We were in counseling for 2 years to help him break this attachment and desperate need for approval from his mom. So that we could have a couple identity and be happy. Well everything was great until we got pregnant. Now he is back to only doing what mommy wants and says. I'm back to being a bitch, cunt, bad mom etc. and again today after being told that he is thinking about changing our sons name because his mom and brother don't like it he is threatening divorce again because I don't care if they like our sons name or not. So after the millionth time this month being called names and threatened with divorce, I asked him to please file because I am done. Am I wrong??
