milk supply decreasing

So I recently came back to work about 4 weeks and since I pump at work and only really do it 3 times I feel my supply has decreased!! Anyone going through the same thing??? Any tips on what to do do increase it again!! I want to breast feed for the first year !! And feel so bad my supply has decreased!!!
