Apartment help??

So me and my boyfriend work for the same company and we are both starting full time next week. We are staying with my parents right now and its really volatile and we need to move out soon.

So we applied to an apartment and our bosses wrote us letters proving that we work there in case they have problems contacting the company for employment verification.

But the apartments wouldnt take them because they didnt have the company letterhead on them. Now theyre asking for our paystubs from the last month which are all for us working part time this last month and we wont get approved. What do i do????
