infection? help😫

Okay so I've only ever done anything with one guy. Things weren't quite right down there so I went and got checked out, they said it was thrush which is just an infection... I've had the same kind of thing for almost a year now, discharge, some pain when having sex and recently I've started getting like a blistery type lump on my inner thigh. Does anyone know what this could be? Or what should I do? I've been to my local gum clinic twice and a hospital one too! It's getting frustrating and embarrassing now can anyone help?😫
