prepare myself for TTC?

So my husband and I decided to have. Baby when he gets home from deployment 😍 of course we have a while still but is there anything I can do or take to help when it comes time to start trying? My OB has me taking prenatals but other than that?

Answer

1. Drink lots of water (will help plump up your ovaries and help with CM)
2. Eat better (fiber, leafy greens etc)
3. Refrain from alcohol and lower your caffiene intake
4. Buy what to expect before you're expecting on Amazon for $6 - details everything out
5. Stock up on pregnancy tests!
